Workshop Manager

Qualification:

Automobile Engineering Degree at first preference. If not at least Mechanical Engineering Degree

Experience, Responsibilities & Skills:

1) Minimum 15 years' experience in the workshop maintenance having minimum 10 years' experience in the Manager level.

2) Must have good experience in Budget management, strategic planning, effective resource control

3) Organizing workflow, preventive maintenance, negotiating contracts

4) Recruiting & training new team,

5) Timely equipment maintenance, monitoring inventory levels & orders supplies

6) Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency

7) Maintaining and updating records

8) Identify cost savings without compromising quality or safety standards

9) Enforce safety protocols and standards within the workshop

10) Performing all works as per Quality Management procedures and following mandatory formats and requirements

11) Develop & implement improvement plans to continuously enhance workshop processes & efficiency

12) Fleet maintenance program, ensuring timely & effective service

13) To conduct reviews of audits on maintenance, repair & overhaul operations to identify areas of improvement.

14) Strong understanding of various vehicles & equipment maintenance principles and practices

15) Good English written and verbal communication skills

16) well versed with computer skills in MS office etc.
