Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development within the energy sector or related industries.

Strong understanding of the energy sector landscape, market trends, and emerging technologies impacting workforce transformation.

Demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.

Experience working in Riyadh or the Saudi Arabian market is advantageous.
