Profit & Loss
- Responsible for assurance and continuity of agree and contracted rates.
- Customer management across all vendors.
- Contract management with alignment between vendor and customers.
- Vendor performance (cost/utilization)
- Continuous improvement with vendors.
Product / Commercial
- Maintain portfolio of vendors to meet growth requirements.
- Support business development aligned with outsourcing.
- Implementation with customers and vendors.
- Onboard new products with vendors.
- Drive outsourcing requirements and vendor selection strategy.
General mng
- Vendor selection.
- Vendor / Customer contract management.
- Drive adherence to governance framework.
- Vendor / customer dispute resolution.
- Monthly / Quartey Vendor review meetings.
Leadership
Drive accountability across vendors.
Operational excellence
- Ensure vendor adherence to Maersk HSSE.
- Drive vendor compliance & regulatory adherence.
- Sites operating basis security / IT standard.
Accountable for
- Accountable for meeting the budgeted costs as per any business case.
- RFQ/ RFI/ PO creation.
- All services / products offered by vendors.
- Customer pipeline for vendors.
- Combined vendor KPIs
- Execution of WnD outsourcing strategy within area.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- (3-5) years of experience.
- preferred experience in vendor management, procurement, supply chain, contracts or finance, in any of the following companies such as construction, transportations, logistics or FMCG.
