Warehouse Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Specialist, you will play a key role in managing inventory, overseeing warehouse operations, and ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of goods. You will work closely with warehouse staff to maintain accurate records, monitor stock levels, and assist in the logistics process.

Key Responsibilities

- Inventory Management: Track and maintain accurate inventory levels, performing regular stock audits and resolving discrepancies.

- Order Fulfillment: Process orders for shipment, ensuring that items are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.

- Warehouse Organization: Ensure proper storage of goods, maintain a neat and organized warehouse, and ensure safe handling of products.

- Shipping & Receiving: Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, verifying quantities, and ensuring all goods are properly documented and stored.

- Data Entry & Documentation: Enter inventory data into warehouse management systems (Facts ERP) and maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, shipments, and receipts.

- Team Support: Assist with training new warehouse staff and help improve processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring that the warehouse environment remains safe and clean.

- Troubleshooting: Address any issues with inventory, shipments, or warehouse operations and take proactive measures to resolve them

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Specialist or in a similar warehouse or logistics role.

- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (Facts ERP) and inventory control.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and order fulfillment.

- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.

- Forklift certification and/or experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.

- Bachelor degree or diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.

- Valid and Transferable Iqama.
