Description:

The dry and ambient supervisor overseas the End-to-End process from inbound to outbound process. The Role is responsible for ongoing operational performance and customer KPI', while maintaining the highest level of safety standards on site. Effective people management and asset management will deliver seamless quality and customer satisfaction. The supervisor is responsible for development and implementation of new procedures and processes to improve ongoing tasks and processes.

Responsible for:

Operational
 

• Delivers as per agreed production ,quality, HSSE and control standards.
• Develops cost and monitor it, obtains data regarding types, quantities, specifications, of processes and services
• Provides guidance to the development of a logistics process plan, including personnel requirements, material needs, subcontract requirements, facility needs, tooling and equipment needs.
• Leverages continuous improvement methods to enhance labor
   

productivity and process accuracy while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

People
 

• Determines roles & responsibilities of team within his scope to achieve business objectives.
• Responsible for mentoring, coaching, performance review feedback, conducting disciplinary actions, and interviewing new workforce
• Develop talent and encourage leadership growth amongst employees.
• Drives delivery of the site communication and engagement plans.
• Drive the local Employee Relations Strategy and the approach on works council/trade unions/ employee forum.
• Ensures team is aware of and comply with company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations by engaging the right functions to deliver trainings as needed.
