Warehouse Manager

Description:

We are looking for a promising leader to fill the position of #WearhouseManager to oversee our logistics and fulfillment operations., based in Riyadh the south

In this capacity the #WearhouseManager will be responsible for the effective management of both our third-party warehouse facilities and the establishment and operation of our own in-house warehouse

Also, He/she will be responsible for the following duties:

Third-Party Warehouse Management:

⁃ Selecting and onboarding suitable third-party logistics (3PL) providers to handle warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment

⁃ Monitoring 3PL partner performance and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)

⁃ Optimizing warehouse layouts, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity

⁃ Implementing robust inventory control systems and procedures to maintain accurate stock levels

⁃ Collaborating with the 3PL teams to streamline receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping operations

In-House Warehouse Setup and Management:

⁃ Designing the layout and infrastructure of our new in-house warehouse facility to meet current and future business needs

⁃ Hiring, training, and managing a team of warehouse personnel, including supervisors, order pickers, packers, and logistics coordinators

⁃ Developing and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent, high-quality operations

⁃ Implementing advanced warehouse management systems (WMS) and technologies to enhance visibility, traceability, and automation

⁃ Continuously evaluating and improving warehouse performance metrics, such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover

Qualifications

⁃ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar logistics leadership role

⁃ Strong understanding of warehouse management best practices and experience working with 3PL providers

⁃ Proven ability to set up and manage an efficient in-house warehouse operation, including layout design, process optimization, and staff management

⁃ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational challenges

⁃ Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other logistics technology

⁃ Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

⁃ Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
