This is a full-time on-site role for a VIP Customer Assistant Specialist located in Al Khobar. The ideal candidate will handle high-profile customers' requests and queries while providing an excellent customer experience. The role involves conducting customer outreach campaigns, managing service inquiries, addressing customer complaints, and offering advice and solutions to customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or a related field
  • Customer service experience in the insurance, hospitality, or service industry preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is a must
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
  • Availability to work flexible hours and weekends if necessary
