Description:
- Manage VAS services and platforms: responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing a diverse portfolio of VAS providers.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize VAS offerings, ensuring competitive pricing, high-quality services, and seamless integration with operator platforms.
- Monitor market trends and identify emerging VAS opportunities to expand our portfolio and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at telecom operators.
- Develop and execute plans to secure new business opportunities and expand existing partnerships.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and tailor value propositions to their specific needs.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with telecom operators, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets across B2B and B2C channels.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase our VAS offerings to potential clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling existing products and services.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of VAS Aggregation Managers and Account Managers.
Provide regular feedback and performance reviews to ensure individual and team success.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Develop and present regular reports on market performance, sales pipeline, and key business metrics.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks and challenges.
KEY QUALIFICATION:
- Proven track record of success in a similar role, ideally within the telecom or VAS industry.
- Strong understanding of the VAS landscape, including SMS, DCB, and other relevant technologies.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in both English and Arabic.
