About the job

Key Responsibilities:

- Design intuitive and user-centric interfaces for our platform.

- Understand and analyze the user's journey throughout the app to identify areas of improvement.

- Analyze user behaviors and feedback using tools like UX CAM, Google Analytics, and Hotjar.

- Adapt designs to cater to the preferences and behaviors of Saudi customers.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in UX/UI design.

- Proficiency in analytical tools including UX CAM, Google Analytics, and Hotjar.

- Strong understanding of the Saudi customer behavior and preferences.

- Ability to dissect and optimize user journeys within the app.

- Proactive, self-starter with excellent communication skills.

- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
