We are looking for a self-motivated Mobile Social Ads Marketing Team Lead who has strong analytical skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will speak fluent English. Specialized in Mobile Apps is a must. Overall, the individual will be an active part of the Marketing team, focused on developing strategies to help optimize one of our projects' visibility and increase the accessibility of websites and apps.

Requirements

How will you make a difference

 

  • Manage and coach a team of highly motivated Social specialists and get hands-on with campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Provide direction and leadership to the Social Ads Acquisition team, ensuring all campaigns are in line with the different goals.
  • Manage multiple projects and people simultaneously and deliver on-time and on-budget
  • Create an efficient workflow to coordinate the creation of high performing campaigns including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, Linkedin.
  • Clearly define problems, break down objectives.
  • Addressing and escalating campaign performance issues.
  • Identifying growth opportunities, testing hypotheses and scaling winning tests to improve Social Ads traffic and increase ROI.
  • Delivering performance reports and insights to the Manager and defining campaign actions accordingly
  • Ability to monitor other players, trends in social media, and translate insights into strategic opportunities
  • Responsible for AB tests, analysis and keyword mining.
  • Supporting internal sharing of knowledge through training and coaching.
  • Collaborate with ASO specialists and Creative team to maximize apps visibility
  • Perform periodical competitor analysis
  • Work with cross-functional teams, such as data science, project and web development, to create high-quality and relevant ad creatives and landing pages
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Social Ads trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
  • Ability to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Retargeting/Remarketing:

  • Define retargeting/remarketing strategies
  • Target audiences for each purpose
  • Implement retargeting/remarketing campaigns
  • Management and optimization of remarketing campaigns
