Description:
In the near term, the team will be based out of the Middle East and looking to meaningfully grow its presence in the region. The ideal candidate is customer-driven, analytical, empathetic, outcome-focused, and above all, someone who drives and inspires results.
You will:
- Design and build the organization’s upskilling program and playbook to drive adoption of AI solutions
- Consistently collect feedback from customers about how the products and solutions can improve and coordinate with delivery teams to prevent similar mistakes in the future
- Assemble a team of 4-6 operators, educators, and designers to advance AI literacy across the region
- Develop tangible KPIs and metrics to track impact and progress
- Craft engaging materials to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Ideally you'd have:
- Proficiency in Arabic, both written and spoken
- 5+ years of total work experience, with experience in consulting, account management, business operations, technical program management, and/or educational roles
- Associate / Senior Consultant / Engagement Manager role at a large consulting firm
- A proven track record in client-facing roles and expanding client relationships
- Great cross-functional experience and collaborative ability
- A history of diligence and organization across multiple work streams with a bias toward process improvement
- Excellent verbal and written communication with an ability to explain technical concepts to potentially nontechnical customers
- A track record of structured, analytics-driven problem solving with an action-oriented mindset that balances creative problem solving with the scrappiness to ultimately deliver results
