Product Demonstrations: Conduct on-site product demos and provide in-depth training sessions for customers on drone operations, safety protocols, and the use of software tools.
Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales team to create compelling proposals, conduct technical assessments, and prepare product configurations to meet client requirements.
Post-Sales Support: Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and product maintenance services to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new technological advancements in drone solutions to identify sales opportunities and improve product offerings.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the product development, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and technical support of products
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electronics, or any related technical field.
Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Skills: Great communication and presentation skills, strong customer service orientation, and team player attitude.
Other: Valid driving license with the ability to travel to customer sites for product demos and consultations.
