1.Transmission Engineer-Ancillary Services.(Job Classification)

• As an advisory in the process of establishing the market model

& roles in KSA.

• Optimize the process, procedures and workflow of the market management system (MMS).

• Prepare training program for fresh employees about MMS.

• Representing NG SA in the committee for the Development of Market Rules and discussion with the WERA.

• Ancillary Services Products design and implementation planning.

2.Transmission Engineer- Back-Office Market Operation.(Job Classification)

• To maintain the reliability of Market Management application.

• Tendering, Reserve Contracts management and Reserve Capacity Allocation.

• Balancing Process.

• Market Activity Reporting and publication.

• Monitor the ancillary market daily for transparency, compliance and report any suspicious activities.

3.TransmissionEngineer-Metering Data Management.(Job Classification)

• Develops and implements standards, processes and controls

for new and existing business practices including MDM system.

• Verifying, validating and correcting environment integrations

with metering systems including MDM system.

• Develop data validating and correcting process inside MDM system.

4.Transmission Engineer-Ancillary Services Settlement Administrator (Job Classification)

• Develops and implements standards, processes and controls for new and existing business practices Inside settlement application of MMS.

• Participates on design implementations and testing teams for new business processes and system changes.

• Prepare Training Materials for new joiners and advanced engineers in Metering and Settlement.

5.Transmission Engineer-Ancillary Services Settlement Engineer (Job Classification)

• Run, verifying, validating and correcting settlement input data in the Market Management System (MMS) to ensure the quality of market data.

• Provide technical leadership to personnel involved in and/or participating in the interpretation, administration, or application of settlement services to customers.

• To maintain settlement Application of MMS.

6.Transmission Engineer-Grid Services Technical Engineer.(Job Classification)

• Lead and innovate the most complex technical assessments and investigations for disputes.

• Participate to complex contractual agreements, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic vision.

• Pioneering analysis of historical disputes to drive systemic changes and revolutionize dispute prevention.

• Lead the strategic analysis of the most intricate grid user requirements, driving paradigm-shifting service specifications.

7.TransmissionEngineer-Grid Services Technical Engineer(Job Classification)

• Facilitate dispute resolution meetings and negotiations, including multi-party disputes.

• Contribute to complex contractual agreements, ensuring legal and technical alignment.

• Proactively analyze historical disputes and drive the development of preventive measures and best practices

• Spearhead service implementation and innovation projects, addressing complex technical challenges.

8.Transmission Engineer-Grid Technical Losses Engineer (Job Classification)

• Lead and conduct highly advanced analysis of technical losses within the Transmission Network.

• Lead the preparation of comprehensive technical losses reports for senior management and stakeholders.

• Lead the planning, preparation and coordination of the annual Transmission Network technical losses audit at an expert level.

• Continuously refine audit processes at an expert level to meet evolving standards and ensure optimal performance.

• Spearhead advanced research into innovative technologies and practices to inform strategy development.

9.Transmission Engineer-Grid Technical Losses Engineer (Job Classification)

• Independently lead and conduct comprehensive analysis of technical losses within the Transmission Network.

• Independently prepare and finalize comprehensive technical losses reports for senior management and stakeholders.

• Take charge of planning, preparation, and coordination of the annual Transmission Network technical losses audit.

• Oversee the audit process at an advanced level, ensuring all necessary data and documents are provided to auditors with precision.

• Innovate advanced audit practices to meet evolving standards and requirements, including the integration of emerging technologies.

• Continuously refine policies at an advanced level to address emerging challenges and opportunities with expert-level governance.

10.Transmission Engineer- Metering and Settlement Operations Engineer (Job Classification)

• Lead data validation efforts ensuring the highest level of accuracy.

• Lead the submission of meter readings data reports to internal and external stakeholders

• Ensure meter data accuracy for settlement calculations.

• Lead the submission of metering data to the stakeholders for billing purposes.

• Ensure assistance to customers and stakeholders regarding metering data inquiries.

*Lead stakeholder communication and engagement at the executive level.

• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of advanced inquiry resolution techniques.

• Train and mentor teams on advanced inquiry resolution strategies.

• Lead the collection and validation of data for TUoS, BSA, ECA and Wheeling Agreements.

• Monitor net demand levels according to TUoS Agreements.

11.Transmission Engineer- Metering and Settlement Operations Engineer (Job Classification)

• Review smart meter reading reports issued by the meter data management system.

• Generate regular reports of smart meter readings for TUoS, BSA, Wheeling and ECA Agreements.

• Ensure meter data accuracy for settlement calculations.

• Submit metering data to the stakeholders for billing purposes.

• Ensure assistance to customers and stakeholders regarding metering data inquiries.

• Ensure collaboration with stakeholders to resolve data-related issues.

• Identify critical issues and escalate them to relevantstakeholders.

• Monitor net demand levels according to TUoS Agreements.

12.Load Forecasting Expert (Job Classification)

• Acquire a deep understanding of our forecasting methods and techniques, including computer and statistics-intensive processes.

• Assist the team and development of various data processing tools, such as data processing scripts, databases.

• Manipulate and analyze large datasets to build accurate models.

• Engage with stakeholders through various channels to communicate complex results in a clear and concise manner, leveraging your statistical background and analytical skills.

• Lead and participate in the research and development of innovative methodologies related to emerging energy trends and new technology.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating environment and good PC skills.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to make decisions under pressure and within time constraints.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, C#, VBA as well as Excel scripting.

• Advanced knowledge of statistical theory and/or econometrics acquired through postgraduate studies.

• Familiarity with statistical/econometric analysis software.

• Experience in pattern detection and analysis of large datasets.

• Previous experience, particularly in the electrical sector, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Electrical Engineering or higher.

• Excellent written and spoken English.
