Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Specialist at Anjum Hotel Makkah in the Makkah Region. The Training Specialist will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, instructional design, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the development of the hotel staff through continuous learning and development initiatives.

• Experience in Training and Instructional Design
• Ability to create engaging and effective training programs
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Knowledge of hospitality industry practices
• Certification in Training or related field is a plus
