Description:

  • Training Program Development:
  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs across various departments.
  • Curriculum Design:
  • Create engaging and effective training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and other resources.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
  • Training Delivery:
  • Facilitate training sessions for employees using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
  • Ensure training sessions are interactive, engaging, and effectively convey key concepts.
  • Learning Management System (LMS):
  • Oversee the management of the company's Learning Management System, ensuring it is up-to-date and user-friendly.
  • Track training progress, completion rates, and effectiveness using LMS data.
  • Evaluation and Improvement:
  • Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and initiatives.
  • Analyze training evaluation data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure training programs comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in training and development.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify training needs and priorities.
  • Work closely with trainers, instructors, and external training providers to deliver high-quality training programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role, with a strong background in instructional design and training delivery.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and other training technology tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is preferred but not required.
