Description:
The Training Executive is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for employees in the retail fashion industry. This role ensures that all staff members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service, meet sales targets, and uphold the brand's standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development:
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including onboarding, product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques, and brand standards.
- Update training materials regularly to reflect changes in products, policies, and industry trends.
- Conduct training sessions through various formats, including in-person workshops, online courses, and on-the-job training.
- Utilize a range of training techniques and tools to ensure effective learning and engagement.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to training materials and methods.
- Work closely with store managers, HR, and other departments to identify training needs and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product knowledge training.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in retail fashion training and incorporate them into training programs.
- Gather feedback from trainees and other stakeholders to continually improve training effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance.
- Prepare and present reports on training outcomes and improvements to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the retail fashion industry.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of retail fashion industry dynamics and trends.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies.
