About the job
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Will assist our trainers in our seminar-like events. 1 event can last 2, 3, 4 ,5 and 10 days and we get several a month
- May need to pick up training materials a day before to bring to the event
- Needs to be punctual and arrive 1 hour before each event
- Must bring their own laptop and charger
- Must help with the set-up in the hotel venue or training room:
- Check A/C, lights, Wifi, trainer’s laptop if connected to projector
- Check if all training materials are complete and laid out on the tables
- Coordinate with hotel staff:
- When to start breakfast
- Where’s the nearest printing in case of emergency printouts
- Ask where the nearest toilets/exits/parking are so you can guide the trainer/trainees where to go
- Monitor incoming trainees/delegates and make sure they register at your table before being seated
- On-site coordinator will oversee updating attendance, making certificates, and submitting feedback reports
Required Qualifications:
- Preferably for undergraduates, fresh graduates, or for those who usually work at home. Must be flexible with event timings which are 9am-5pm, always on weekdays
- Must have basic knowledge in Microsoft office (for attendance, certificates & feedback reports)
- Must have a pleasant and welcoming personality as you will be assisting trainers and trainees
- Must be able to be flexible with the various locations you’re needed at the event
- Must be punctual; strictly on-time with our events
- Needs to be fluent in Arabic and English
