Training Advisor

Description:

We are excited to announce an opening for the Training Advisor position in our vocational training programs in Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is open to candidates of foreign nationality (non-Arab), including those located outside of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and review academic policies related to Training & Trainees Affairs.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to align training with market needs.

- Implement corrective actions based on audit findings and trainer assessments.

- Research and develop resources for vocational training methodologies.

- Lead the development and implementation of the Vocational Training framework.

- Assist in setting KPIs and personal development plans for staff.

- Review and update curricula and assessment methodologies.

- Enhance On-the-Job Training scheduling and methodologies.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in education or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree in engineering with an MBA. A PhD is a plus.

- Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 6 years in managerial roles and 4 years in academia or training and development.
