Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines to fabricate mold components.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings and samples.
- Perform various machining tasks, including turning, milling, and drilling.
- Utilize hand tools, gauges, and meters for precision measurements.
- Conduct mold repairs as needed.
- Perform precision welding using Arc, TIG, and MIG techniques for different metals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in metal works for molds, including machining, fabrication, and welding.
- Proven experience operating CNC milling machines.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and samples.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, gauges, and meters.
- Knowledge of mold repair techniques.
- Experience in precision welding using Arc, TIG, and MIG techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a tool room or mold manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with CAM software and CNC programming languages.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
