The Scrum Master

Description:

The Scrum Master is responsible for coaching and coordinating Agile Delivery Squads to deliver solutions as efficiently as possible.
The scrum master must support the Product Owner in refining and grooming the Product Backlog to a level which is acceptable for the delivery squad to estimate and deliver.

Coordinating and planning all Scrum ceremonies and ensuring the Agile processes are being followed.
Establishing a strong relationship with stakeholders / product owners to understand strategic, tactical, and operational challenges in Business units.
Defining technology solutions to address
Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information

Qualifications
Must have Retail Banking scrum experience
Minimum 7 years in either of the below products.
Lending Projects (PL, ML & AL) Personal loan Product, ML = Mortgage Lending, AL = Auto Leasing Product
Prince 2, PMP • Agile Methodology
