Description:
- Assist with the coordination and execution of the testing missions with the relevant third parties (Sample Collection Authorities (including ITA’s Testing Force), Local Organizing Committees, WADA Accredited Anti-Doping Laboratories, Courier Companies, National Anti-Doping Organizations).
- Assist with, finalize and lead the practical planning of the In- or out-of-competition testing missions.
- Provide logistical and technical support to sample collection workforce as required.
- Perform budget monitoring and accountability.
- Perform quality- and paperless system checks, as well as first IT support filter.
- Constantly optimize the existing processes and contribute to the progressive automatization of processes and available tools.
- Support the development of the necessary tools and processes to ensure smooth and cost-effective implementation of the sample collection operations.
- Ensure the processes comply with the ITA’s ISO Quality Management System 9001.
- Support the specialization and training of the Testing Force sample collection personnel, including supervision and coordination.
- Support the creation of an audit program and act as auditor of Sample Collection Personnel on the field.
- Coordinate logistics and supply of inventory (testing kits, equipment, forms, etc.).
- Receive, check and follow-up on invoices and expenses.
- Provide general anti-doping support and troubleshooting in liaison with other functional areas.
- Report regularly to the in-line manager.
Expected experience, knowledge, and skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role and/or as a Doping Control Officer (DCO). Previous experience working for an anti-doping organisation or sample collection provider, or within a role in sports operations also considered.
- Extended knowledge of the sample collection and testing processes as well as WADA International Standard for Testing and Investigation.
- Knowledge of and experience with ADAMS will be considered an asset.
- Good knowledge of the international sport environment and strong interest and/or participation in sport, with a sensitivity to sports ethics and the issue of drugs and doping in sport.
- Cross-organizational skills and capacity to collaborate with different departments.

- IT literate (MS Office, data management).
- Ready to and entitled to travel frequently Worldwide, possibly on short notice.
