Description:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed technical studies and proposals for tenders and technical offers for both the governmental sector and private sector) based on client requests.
- Develop and compile all necessary documentation for tender submissions.
- Conduct financial studies for client requests and proposals.
- Lead site inspection visits to assess client needs and manage the inspection team.
- Finalize and submit inspection reports to the business development sector and top management.
- Ensure all vendor portal accounts are up to date and compliant with requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and communication/coordination executive.
- Source and expand the network of vendors to support future procurement department establishment.
- Act as the spearhead for the procurement department if successful in vendor sourcing.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Additional certifications in project management, tendering, or procurement are advantageous. ( Plus ).
Job requirements:
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in tendering and proposals within the electromechanical construction industry. ( Mandatory )
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with Facility management software is a plus.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of the Saudi Arabian general construction code. ( Plus )
- Previous Exposure to the Saudi Arabian construction market. ( Plus )
- Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), proposal management software, and project management tools.
