 Responsibilities:

•  Review and assess tender qualification documents for compliance 
• Manage tendering platforms (Etimad portal, SAP, etc.).
• Organize bid submission stages and ensure timely completion.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with tender submissions.
• Conduct analysis and reporting on tender outcomes.
•  Float inquiries to vendors, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
• Participate in client meetings for pre/post-tender discussions.
• Prepare tender presentations and reports for management
