Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Tender and Bid Registration Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our company successfully participates in tenders and bids, meeting all compliance requirements and deadlines. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and preparing documentation for bids and tenders, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines, compiling all files for tender submissions, and updating the company's official documents to align with tender submissions. Additionally, the analyst will register the company on all governmental platforms for events and as suppliers, and prepare tender reports for head management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct thorough research to identify relevant tenders and bidding opportunities.
· Prepare comprehensive documentation for bids and tenders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
· Stay updated with industry trends and requirements to ensure submissions are competitive.
· Ensure all tender and bid submissions comply with specified requirements and guidelines.
· Have full knowledge of the Etimad and GIA platforms.
· Ability to read tender requirements and conduct a full analysis.
· Understand the rules and regulations for tenders in Saudi Arabia, especially in the events field.
· Understand tender and proposal identification and expression processes.
· Monitor and adhere to submission deadlines, ensuring timely and complete submissions.
· Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documents for tender submissions.
· Compile and organize all necessary files and documentation for tender submissions.
· Maintain a structured and accessible database of all tender-related documents.
· Regularly update and review the company's official documents to ensure they are aligned and ready for tender submissions.
· Register the company on all relevant governmental platforms for events and as suppliers.
· Ensure all company information on these platforms is current and accurate.
· Monitor and manage the status of registrations and renewals, ensuring continuous compliance.
· Prepare and present tender reports to head management.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
· Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in preparing bids and tenders, preferably in the event management or exhibitions industry.
· Strong understanding of compliance requirements and regulations related to tenders and bids.
· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks simultaneously.
· Detail-oriented with strong analytical and research skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft programs and tender management software.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
· Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
· Full knowledge of the Etimad and GIA platforms.
· Ability to read tender requirements and conduct a full analysis.
· Understanding of the rules and regulations for tenders in Saudi Arabia, especially in the events field.
