Techno Functional Consultant

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate payment processing needs into technical specifications.

• Configure and customize the Temenos TPH solution to meet banking and regulatory requirements.

• Integrate and test SWIFT MT/MX messaging across payment channels, including:

o Branches

o Internet Banking

o Mobile Banking

o B2B interfaces

• Ensure compliance with CBPR+ regulations and familiarity with GTExchange payment gateways.

• Build and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the system's performance.

• Work with IT teams to seamlessly integrate the TPH solution with existing systems.

• Provide training and ongoing support to business users.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

• 5+ years of techno-functional experience in the banking industry.

• Proven expertise in Temenos TPH implementation.

• Strong knowledge of SWIFT MT/MX messaging standards and payment channels.

• Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian payment ecosystem and CBPR+ compliance.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
