Key Responsibilities:

• Installation:
• Install IoT devices and systems at client sites.
• Ensure proper configuration and functionality of installed devices.
• Follow installation guidelines and safety protocols.
• Maintenance:
• Perform routine maintenance on IoT devices and systems.
• Identify and repair hardware issues.
• Conduct regular system checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting:
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by clients.
• Provide on-site and remote support to address client concerns.
• Document all service and repair actions in our ticketing system.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a technician, preferably with IoT devices.
• Strong understanding of electronics and networking.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
