Qualifications & Skills:
✔️ 3-4 years of experience in technical support or a related field (preferably customer-facing).
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
✔️ Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
✔️ Hands-on experience with Windows-based environments and troubleshooting.
✔️ Expertise in SQL Servers & Queries, including database management and performance tuning.
✔️ Knowledge of RedHat/Linux operating systems and system administration.
✔️ Familiarity with VoIP technologies and issue diagnosis.
✔️ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely updates and efficient case handling.
✅ Analyze reported issues, gather necessary data (logs, screenshots), and troubleshoot effectively.
✅ Provide accurate solutions and workarounds to minimize customer downtime.
✅ Oversee product installation and activation, both remotely and on-site.
✅ Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful deployment.
✅ Deliver comprehensive product training to customers.
✅ Prepare site configuration and handover documentation for future reference.
✅ Manage and implement major updates and patches while minimizing customer impact
