Technical Salesperson

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Salesperson to manage follow-ups with our existing customers, build strong relationships, and identify opportunities for new and ongoing projects. This role involves coordinating with our technical team for support as needed and providing daily feedback to the manager.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Follow-Up: Proactively contact customers from our list to ensure satisfaction and gather updates on their projects.

Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and identify potential opportunities.

Project Inquiry: Ask about existing projects and uncover new project opportunities that align with our services.

Technical Coordination: Collaborate with the technical team to provide clients with necessary support and information.

Daily Reporting: Provide daily feedback and updates to the manager on customer interactions and project status.

 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

• Organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

• Knows How to Drive a Car with an International Driving license in the respective country.
