Description:
1- Project Coordination:
• Assist in the planning and coordination of system and mobile application projects.
• Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure timely completion.
2- Communication Facilitation:
• Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication to ensure all parties are informed and aligned.
• Facilitate meetings and provide updates on project status.
• Coordinate between technical and functional teams to align project goals with business requirements.
3- Requirements Gathering:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document application requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams as needed.
4- Documentation:
• Maintain project documentation including requirements, plans, and progress reports.
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant parties.
• Develop training materials and user manuals.
5- Task Management:
• Assign and track tasks assigned to team members.
• Ensure tasks are completed as per the project plan.
6- Training and Support:
• Provide training sessions and support to end-users to ensure efficient use of applications.
7- Deployment and Maintenance:
• Coordinate the deployment of applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. • Manage post-deployment support and maintenance activities.
8- Quality Assurance
• Oversee the testing phases, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure the application meets quality standards and functions as intended.
• Track and document project-related issues.
• Work with the team to resolve any problems that may impede project progress.
9- Compliance and Standards:
• Ensure applications comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to integrate them into projects.
10- Performance Monitoring:
• Track application performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement necessary enhancements and optimizations.
11- Reporting:
• Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Prepare regular status reports for management.
Required Experience:
1- Professional Experience:
• Typically requires 3+ years of experience in software development, IT project management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in implementation of system and mobile applications.
2- Stakeholder Management:
• Experience in managing relationships with business stakeholders, including gathering requirements, managing expectations, and providing regular updates.
• Ability to navigate and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
3- Continuous Learning:
• Demonstrated commitment to staying updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in application development and project management.
• Participation in professional development activities such as certifications, workshops, or conferences is advantageous
