- Attend industry events and networking events to promote our brand and build relationships.
Technical Expertise:
- Provide expert advice on pastry products, applications, and trends, knowing chocolate on your fingertips is a plus.
- Offer technical support and troubleshooting for customers, ensuring they achieve the best results with our products.
Training and Development Leadership:
- Schedule and conduct regular training sessions and workshops for clients and internal staff on product usage, sales oriented best practices.
- Prepare sales oriented educational materials and resources to support sales efforts.
- Inspire sales team, exert confidence and support in their sales targets with gusto.
- Organize team planning, plan visits, and strategize their sales activities.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare timely and detailed sales reports, present them to upper management with a smile.
