Key Responsibilities

The Technical Coordination Engineer will act as the central point of contact for all technical aspects of assigned projects. This role requires exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively coordinate between internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure timely and successful project support. responsible for managing and maintaining all project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company and client standards. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth workflows and effective communication across all departments.

  • Support pre-sales and after-sales teams in providing technical guidance and solutions
  • Manage and control all project documents, including technical drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
  • Provide Autocad drawings when required
  • Preparing the technical submittals, compliance sheet and approvals.
  • Ensure that documents are properly categorized, logged, and stored for easy retrieval.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission and review of documentation.
  • Monitor and maintain document version control and updates.
  • Implement and maintain document control procedures in line with company policies.
  • Manage communication with clients and suppliers for technical queries and clarifications
  • Generate reports on document status, submission timelines, and compliance.
  • Provide training and support to team members on document control processes and systems.
  • Communicate with factories for any technical issues
  • Conduct site visits as needed to assess progress and provide technical support.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and company policies.
  • Address and resolve after-sales concerns

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering,
  • Proven experience in document control within engineering or construction industries.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, technical documentation tools, and MS Office
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
