- Salary: SAR 3,000 per month

Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support our team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for this project. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to develop skills in talent acquisition and recruitment, offering direct experience in managing the hiring process within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screening and Shortlisting: Conduct initial resume reviews, shortlisting candidates who meet the required qualifications.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Documentation and Onboarding: Support the preparation of employment documentation and assist new hires through the onboarding process.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our talent acquisition team to ensure effective communication with candidates and updates on recruitment progress.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR function (internships or part-time experience preferred).
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to start immediately and complete a 3-month assignment.
