Description:
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic hiring initiatives to attract top talent and support the company’s growth. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, while ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and HR best practices. A key aspect of the role is to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, drive employer branding efforts, and collaborate with department heads to fulfill staffing needs efficiently. Additionally, you will oversee succession planning, workforce planning, and recruitment analytics, providing insights to optimize hiring efficiency. Managing and mentoring the recruitment team will also be essential to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• CIPD or any other HR-related certification is a plus
• 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment management, preferably in a multinational or tech-driven organization
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), digital recruitment tools, and employer branding strategies
