Description:
Key aspects of the role include:
- Monitor distribution partner performance as per KPI within the distributor agreement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing, inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demands.
- Process and manage sales orders accurately and promptly.
- Liaise with sales operations and supply departments to resolve any supply-related issues.
- Conduct monthly local warehouse reviews to control damaged and returned goods by performing QA inspections.
- Generate and validate reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and other relevant KPIs.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Must be based in Saudi Arabia.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or inventory management or similar.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical management sales role.
- Must have KSA experience.
- Experience in sales-related products through pharmacy and medical channels is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
