Supervisor Duties & Responsibilities:

· Have full knowledge of outlet menus

· Uphold all safety and sanitation policies in the outlet

· Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards

· Ensure the cleanliness of all areas

· Understand and utilize the proper use of and storage of cleaning chemicals used

· Support the inventory process to effectively balance supplies, responsible and efficient control on inventory

· Flexible days off to ensure business coverage including weekends and holidays

· Closely monitor opening and closing procedures

· Assist with staffing/scheduling requirements for the outlet

· Oversee and assist with the sanitation of work stations including floors, worktables, walls, refrigerators, equipment, and utensils
