Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies:
  • Devise and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse range of students.
  • Utilize various channels such as social media, events, and partnerships to reach potential students.
  • Build Relationships with Educational Institutions:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and universities to promote our educational programs.
  • Collaborate with academic advisors and career counselors to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct Information Sessions and Workshops:
  • Organize and conduct information sessions and workshops to educate prospective students about our programs.
  • Address inquiries and provide detailed information about courses, admission requirements, and career prospects.
  • Guide Prospective Students Through the Enrollment Process:
  • Assist students in completing application forms and ensure all required documents are submitted.
  • Provide guidance on the enrollment process, including financial aid options and scholarship opportunities.
  • Meet Enrollment Targets:
  • Set and achieve enrollment targets by implementing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess the success of various initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Provide input on target demographics and market trends to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Stay Informed About Education Trends:
  • Stay updated on trends in education, employment, and industry demands to tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Attend conferences and workshops to stay abreast of changes in the education sector.
  • Maintain Accurate Records:
  • Keep accurate records of student interactions, applications, and enrollment status.
  • Generate reports on recruitment activities for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in student recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the education sector and admissions processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and recruitment software is a plus.
