Student Intern

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Recruitment Intern. This individual will work closely with our recruitment team to support all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing and attracting top talent, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.

The Recruitment Intern will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the recruiting field and contribute to the success of our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in pursuing a career in human resources or recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and attracting top talent through various methods such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals
• Review resumes and job applications to pre-screen candidates
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
• Assist in onboarding new hires by preparing offer letters, completing necessary paperwork, and coordinating with the HR team
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and job fairs to promote the company as an employer of choice
• Perform other duties as assigned by the recruitment team

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in human resources, business, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
