Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define the strategic objectives for the real estate and logistics divisions, aligning with the overall organizational goals.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and potential threats in the real estate and logistics sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic plans (long and short-terms) that drive business growth, increase operational efficiency, and enhance the company's market share in real estate and logistics.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives, ensuring timely and successful implementation of projects that align with the company's goals.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on data-driven analyses and market intelligence.
- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures in the real estate and logistics space to expand the company's reach and capabilities.
- Monitor and assess the performance of existing real estate and logistics projects, identifying areas for improvement and adjustment as needed.
