Strategic Business Development Manager

 

Description:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced candidate to build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and trends within the IT sector in Saudi Arabia.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to capture new markets and grow the business.
  • Engage with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and leveraging social media platforms.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to prepare competitive proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Drive end-to-end sales process from initial contact to deal closing, ensuring a smooth client transition to the implementation teams.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technology vendors, local partners, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance the company's offerings and market presence.
  • Gather and relay client feedback and market intelligence to the product development and marketing teams to help shape product offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Meet and exceed set targets for revenue growth, client acquisition, and market expansion. Provide regular reports on sales progress and market analysis to company leadership.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years' of sales or account management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
