Description:
Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Kitchen staff and chefs and support staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide training, and address any issues or concerns.
Ensure that every customer receives outstanding service by maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the store.
Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, striving for resolution and customer satisfaction.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and cleanliness standards.
Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food preparation, food offerings, and overall presentation of the store.
Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of Materials, products, equipment, and other necessary items.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer traffic.
Execute marketing initiatives, such as promotions, events, and social media campaigns, to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Prepare and manage the store budget, monitoring expenses and revenues to maximize profitability.
Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
