Responsibilities

Overseeing the customer airline as General Sales and Services Agent (GSSA) by dealing with all the contracted third-party service providers in ensuring hassle-free and smooth operations. Interfacing with all parties which are vital to aviation safety, security with special emphasize to achieve on-time departure. Represent Carrier in all aspect of authorities’ requirements and in ensuring smooth operation of the Carrier’s services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). To assist sales & marketing in the in public relations, promote the airline to the targeted clientele, provide business leads and connection by approaching the potential clientele in KSA.

Qualifications

· Tertiary or high-level education - Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business

Administration, Travel & Tourism, or equivalent field.

· 3 to 5 years’ experience in Customer Services, Hospitality, Sales & Marketing (airlines or travel

agent), Airport Operations.

· Understanding and experience of the trade – Airport Operations, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality,

Leisure and Aviation-Airlines Industry.

· Holistic understanding of the airport operations and travel trade at both the macro and micro

levels.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Fluency in spoken and written in Arabic and English. French would be an advantage
