Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Resource Manager (SRM) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Senior Resource Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the HR team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing strategic support to the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the HR team's activities, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and training.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company requirements and regulatory standards.
- Provide strategic support to senior management on HR-related matters, including talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze and report on HR metrics and trends to inform business decisions.
- Develop and manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Must be currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
- Experience working in a multinational corporation or with international clients.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and talent management software.
