Join the team as a Sr. Sales Executive / Sales Manager (IT Services - Oracle/SAP/Microsoft ERP). You'll play a key role in driving business growth, building strong relationships with customers, and promoting innovative ERP and IT software solutions. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in consultative selling, in-depth territory knowledge, and the ability to align customer needs with software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales and marketing efforts to drive business development.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the client network across the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client industries, strategies, and challenges to provide tailored ERP solutions.
- Engage in consultative selling, aligning client business needs with Oracle/SAP/Microsoft ERP solutions.
- Participate in cross-functional teams, collaborating with sales, operations, finance, legal, and technical teams to deliver high-quality services.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, tenders, and service offers to clients.
- Maintain a deep understanding of ERP, business intelligence, and related Oracle products.
- Organize and participate in meetings with top-level management to promote services.
- Host events to raise awareness of the company's offerings.
- Identify areas for improving marketing and communication efforts for brand growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates on sales activities.
- Perform additional job-related duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: BE / B.Tech / MBA or a related field.
- Experience: 6+ to 8 Years (Not more than 8) of experience in IT services sales, focusing on Oracle ERP and related products, with a strong presence in the KSA market.
- Demonstrated success in consultative, solution-based sales and business development.
- In-depth knowledge of IT software consulting services, with a preference for Oracle products.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with excellent presentation capabilities.
- Proven history of exceeding IT consulting sales quotas through strategic selling.
