Role Description

· This is a full-time on-site role for an Sr. Electrical / Instrumentation Engineer, located in Dammam. The Electrical / Instrumentation Engineer will be responsible for leading technical projects, providing technical expertise in their domain. They will be working on projects from various domains, including engineering, construction, and operations, and will be responsible for ensuring that regulations and safety standards are met while delivering quality work.

· To conducts special studies and performs engineering analysis, development, design, coordinate and control of assigned projects within any one of the recognized engineering fields.

· Preparation of Material Requisition, Technical Bid Evaluation, vendor drawing review, communicate with vendor to close the open comments of vendor package etc.,

· Be familiar with international procedures of Projects Phases, Engineering Phases, Bidding procedures, Procurement Processes, Construction Requirements and up to date Best Practices.

· Independently develops methods and solutions for engineering problems; selects the most efficient and economical manner in meeting the various engineering requirement. Completes a wide variety of difficult engineering assignments, applying engineering techniques and analysis within the electrical / Instrumentation engineering discipline.

· Ensure all technical reviews and design engineering compliance with applicable codes, standards, regulations, and ordinances.

· Responsible for the review of all electrical / Instrumentation Documents, Drawings, shop drawings and equipment / material submissions and comparison to the project’s contract documents, detailed drawings and specifications.

· Responsible for identifying electrical & instrumentation works interface issues associated with other disciplines during the drawing review and, with the Contractor’s team, determining solutions to address such issues.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in the field of Electrical or Instrumentation engineering.

· Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering-related field.

· GES+ working Experience is preferred but not mandatory.

· AutoCAD/Microstation Design-Drafting Experience

· Strong familiarity with SABIC standards, Aramco Standards

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure

· Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards in their respective domain

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

· Fluency in English, both written and verbal

· Knowledge about ETAP is advantage.

· Instrumentation data sheet, specifications, sizing calculation

· Instrumentation location plan, Logic diagram, wiring layout drawing, Instrument Hook-up drawings, installation typical drawings, Wiring connection lists/diagrams, Instrument loop diagram

· Experience to prepare sizing calculation, Documents / Drawings.
