Role Description

· This is a full-time on-site role for an Sr. Civil Engineer, located in Dammam. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for leading technical projects, providing technical expertise in their domain. They will be working on projects from various domains, including engineering, construction, and operations, and will be responsible for ensuring that regulations and safety standards are met while delivering quality work.

· To conducts special studies and performs engineering analysis, development, design, coordinate and control of assigned projects within any one of the recognized engineering fields.

· Preparation of Material Requisition, Technical Bid Evaluation, vendor drawing review, communicate with vendor to close the open comments of vendor package etc.,

· Be familiar with international procedures of Projects Phases, Engineering Phases, Bidding procedures, Procurement Processes, Construction Requirements and up to date Best Practices.

· Independently develops methods and solutions for engineering problems; selects the most efficient and economical manner in meeting the various engineering requirement. Completes a wide variety of difficult engineering assignments, applying engineering techniques and analysis within the Civil engineering discipline.

· Ensure all technical reviews and design engineering compliance with applicable codes, standards, regulations, and ordinances.

· Responsible for the review of all Civil Documents, Drawings, shop drawings and equipment / material submissions and comparison to the project’s contract documents, detailed drawings and specifications.

· Responsible for identifying Civil works interface issues associated with other disciplines during the drawing review and, with the Contractor’s team, determining solutions to address such issues.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in the field of Civil engineering.

· Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering-related field.

· GES+ working Experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Design, analysis and calculations of foundations for buildings, equipment, etc.
• Steel and concrete structural design for industrial plants.
• Development of civil and structural calculations covering:
• Using structural design software packages (SAP 2000 preferably).
