A supermarket with ATM facilities, petrol station, several hotels & cafes and public conveniences are available at the nearest town.

Sous Chef Duties

• Assist the head chef with managing a small but busy kitchen
• Hands on cooking for either breakfast, lunch or dinner (both groups and individuals). Venue is open for dinner 7 days per week. Breakfast and Lunch as per groups
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Supervise junior staff (one other chef / kitchen hand)
• Other duties as required

• Candidates must have a current drivers licence and their own vehicle as accommodation is located 7 mins from the property
• Optus mobile coverage with patchy Telstra
• Employers will consider pets
• Around 15 staff live on site
