Software Product Lead

Description:

An experienced Service Delivery Manager is required to oversee the partnership with a major real estate client in Saudi Arabia. This role is essential for ensuring seamless operations, managing financial aspects, identifying potential for additional projects, and maintaining strong client relationships. This position requires a bilingual (Arabic and English) professional with a solid background in IT project delivery and experience in software development or programming


Key Responsibilities:
Ensure high-quality, timely service delivery, meeting client expectations and maintaining standards.
Manage and align project budgets with financial targets.
Oversee billing processes, coordinating with finance for invoice preparation and tracking.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with large IT services or consulting clients.
Must Have Experience with Ruby on Rails
Expertise in budgeting, financial management, invoicing, and cost control.
Proven track record in identifying and pursuing project opportunities within existing accounts.
Experience in technical reporting and presentation for presales cases
Proactive problem-solving abilities with a strategic focus.
Background in software development or experience managing large IT projects
Familiarity with Jira (Confluence) is preferred. • PMP, PSPO, or equivalent Agile certification (PSM 1,2) is a plus
