Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Strategy, Proposition, Offer Flow, Data Flow, Treatment, When Rules, and adaptive/predictive/scorecard models in Pega Marketing 8.x.
• Manage volume constraints and generate reports within the Pega platform.
• Work with the Next-Best-Action Designer (NBA Designer) to ensure optimal decision-making strategies.
• Handle large-scale customer data, ensuring that proposed changes align with the overall customer strategy.
• Run simulations of proposed changes and provide input to customer strategy discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing and decisioning solutions.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Pega Marketing (8.x) development.
• Experience in working with NBA Designer.
• Proven experience working with large customer data sets, preferably in the telecom industry.
• Pega Marketing/Decisioning certifications are a bonus.
• Understanding of Campaign Management tools and processes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
