Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing guidance, support, and professional development.

Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Technical Oversight:

Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of software development using Oracle DB, Oracle Development Tools, .NET, SQL Server, and mobile app development tools and platforms.

Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and industry standards.

Perform code reviews, code security scan and enforce best practices and coding standards.

Product Development:

Lead the development and enhancement of product, ensuring they align with market trends and customer needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and roadmaps.

Drive continuous improvement in product development processes and methodologies.

Project Management:
