Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for service requests, managing all aspects of project installation, programming, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
- Perform essential duties to the highest standards, ensuring project completion and client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and technical expertise in system integration, installations, and services.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and customer care.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, multitask effectively, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- Ensure thorough understanding of projects and systems, providing support and installation for relevant system devices.
- Utilize support tools and technologies to deliver efficient system services.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, addressing service issues and coordinating work-related tasks.
- Monitor project progress, respond promptly through service tickets, and manage all documentation until project completion.
- Communicate regularly with the direct manager to provide updates on project status and any changes to schedules or system outages.
- Enhance customer service, providing updates on installation timelines and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the installation team to ensure efficient resolution of project tasks and final handover.
- Escalate complex service requests, log time and expenses, and prepare materials for installation as needed.
- Knowledge and experience with Low Voltage Equipment for Security Systems, such as Intrusion, Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Public Address Systems, Complex Controls, Security Systems, Lighting Control Systems, and KNX (Building Control) are advantageous.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Valid Saudi driving license required.
Skills and Experience:
- Relevant training and certifications in electrical or security systems are a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in related fields, with years of experience outlined in the CV.
